We offer high quality 1 to 1 PT sessions with personalised programmes and nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals. We have years of experience in the fitness industry and between us we can cater for all abilities and fitness goals ranging from rehabilitation and injury management to marathon training.

Bootcamp (Child Friendly)
‘Kerry is ante and post natal personal training instructor.
She started theses classes after her first child was born and has loved training new mummys ever since. Its a great way to get fit with your little ones and meet like minded people along the way.
The classes are fun, exciting and Kerry adapts them to suit you. if your child doesn’t stay in buggy that’s not a problem, if your child cry’s during a session, we are all mums and help each other out so you can achieve the best work out you can.

I LOVE these classes, so much so I still attend even now my liottle one has started pre-school. The Classes change every week so you never get bored and are fabulous for getting back into shape after having babies. would absolutely recommend to all mums wanting to get out and getfit.
I Started buggy Bootcamp to get back into shapoe after my 2nd little one. i started 6 weeks after he arrived and found sessions great for fitness suitable for me and getting me out socialising. kerry is great at keeping us motivated and encouraging us to work hard. i also like the way each week is something different a keeping it fun.
I have been going to buggy bootcamp for nearly a year. its brilliant class as due to work commitments, my son goes to nursery a lot, so this is nice as he still gets some mummy time, and will hopefully encourage him to stay fit.i have noticed a lot lately improvemnt with being able to do press ups on my feet and the pike style sit ups has helped me nail my headstand in my yoga class that I’m super proud of. over all i have improved fitness, strength and stamina thanks to Kerry always pushing me. its a convenient fun class, i recommend it to everyone.

They are £5 a session but if you block book 10 sessions you get one free

Can my children come to bootcaMP
Certainly, they can watch or join in some areas on bootcamp, just not the weighted section.
