I have been taught my skills by the best so that I can teach the best. My knowledge and experience are tried and tested not just in the UK but around the world, I have been pushed to my limits and passed them so, when it comes to it, I know what it takes. I have had the honour to serve in the HM Forces and trained the very best of the United Kingdom and now I wish to pass my knowledge on to you.

Mountain experience
Quality Mountain Days: This is a full day that will get you out onto a mountain so that you can experience what the mountains have to offer. You will be taken through essential navigation training, learn how the mountains were formed and what lived on the mountains. Learn rope work and understanding the best way to tackle steep ground and finally understanding the mountain weather.

Survival & Bushcraft
Hi, my name is Chris… but you should already know this as I am a co-owner of the the Wright Way 2 train and my picture is on the about us page. So why should you choose me as your survival instructor? Because I was trained as a Survive, Evade, Resist, Extract instructor (SERE) so my knowledge is second-to-none and because I was trained by the best that the Tri Service of the HM Forces has to offer.
My experience isn’t just limited to the UK, I’m also specialised in Jungle and Desert environments. This isn’t just survival – I’ve been taught and I’ve had to survive whilst being hunted by trained tactical teams.
All our courses will teach you a skill for life and they are of all levels of knowledge. If you don’t know how to put a tarp up and start a fire we can help you, but if you have a bit of knowledge of survival/bushcraft we can still teach you something, and you will always leave having learnt something new.
We run a range of courses that will suit you, from 1 day courses, Team building / Leadership. We also run Stag & Hen parties and we will get you back to your accommodation so you can get ready for your night activities. (Cheers)
The other courses we run are for families, this will get your family out and working as a family unit, and learning essential skills but more inportantly having fun while learning.

Survival 1 Day course
Survival/Bushcraft:
This one-day survival / bushcraft course covers all of the basic skills you will need. What you will cover during this course…
- Knife safety.
- Psychology of survival.
- Shelters. Man made materials (protection)
- Fire lighting.
- Water procurement.
- Traps and snares.
- Foraging.
Whilst in the woods our survival instructors will guide you through all the skills you will need in the woods/wild, once you have this knowledge you will be able to lighten your load and carry less. Just like the old saying goes, knowledge weighs nothing!
The course will be held in our woods in either Cornwall or Dorset and allow you to have loads of hands-on time so you can practice and really get to grips with the skills you are being taught.
Cost: £70 Per Person.

Survival 2 Day course
Survival/Bushcraft:
This two-day survival / bushcraft course covers all of the basic skills which are on the one day course, but while you will learn the basics you will get into more detail. You will learn.
- Camp craft.
- Natural Shelters.
- Fire lighting with assessment.
- Food prepareation.
But this time you will be staying in your own built shelter.
There will be plenty of hands-on so practise won’t be a problem.

18 of years upwards.

Survival 3 Day course
Survival/Bushcraft:
The three-day survival / bushcraft course cover all elements of P,L,W,F…
- Protection
Shelter-Fire lighting – understanding COLDER.
- Location
Understand how to be located if lost.
- Water
The process of water procurement, clearing and storing.
- Food
Understand what is the easier to catch and using the right trap and snare to use, finally preparing the food.
Once you have covered all the elements of Survival / bushcraft you will have the knowledge and the confidence knowing that if you were to get stranded, you would have a good skill base to survive.
With the three-day course you will be strengthing your mind and experience a little what it will be like to be in a survival situation.

Family Survival Course.
Share new experiences together on our Family Bushcraft and Survival Course. This course is a one-day and one-night course aimed at parents and children who want to learn how to live more comfortably in the wilds. The course is designed to be a family friendly course, enabling parents and children to discover together some of the delights of learning to live with the resources available to us in nature.
We cover skills for everyone including shelter building, campfire cookery, tracking skills and games, choosing materials for and lighting your own fire, knot work, natural navigation and making bannock bread.
There is also time for the adults to gain one to one tuition from our instructors, including lighting fire by friction, safe use of an axe, and how to select and care for your Bushcraft knife.
During the course you’ll enjoy a lunch of campfire cooked sausages and an evening meal based around pigeon breast, which you will be taught how to prepare from a game bird still in feather. In the morning we also learn how to make Bannock bread.
The Day experience: arrive at 09:30 and start at 1000 and finish 4:30pm.
Over night experience: Arrive at 09:30 and starts at 10:00 and we break camp at 09:30 the following morning.
Cost:
Day experience: £150 Per Family of 4.

6 – 15 years £20 Per extra child.
